Welwyn Garden City Housing Association
Following our successful completion of stock condition survey of all their properties a 5 year partnering agreement has commenced in which we provide a complete package of architectural, surveying, cost and project management services to deliver major repairs and improvements programme.
As part of our remit two contractors, experienced in refurbishment work, and a kitchen supplier have been chosen following interviews and test projects.
Howard Cottage Society
We are acting for Howard Cottage Society on schemes for rent with Bovis Homes in Arlesey and Croudace Homes in Henlow.
