We have been selected as Architects for this timber frame housing initiative and work with our partners, Cambridge Housing Society, Nene Housing Society, Aragon Housing Association, Howard Cottage Society, Welwyn Garden City Housing Association and Taylor Lane Timber Frame Ltd. to develop standard house types, modular kitchens and bathrooms, and reduce energy consumption through the utilisation of intelligent heating systems and re-cycled materials.
Current schemes include a mixed tenure development of 40 dwellings at March for Nene Housing Society which includes rented, key worker, shared ownership and direct sales units with a rented and shared ownership scheme of 20 dwellings in Melbourn for Cambridge Housing Society and a mixed tenure scheme at Coton for Granta Housing Society.
